ARE YOU GETTING SOMETHING INSTALLED SOON ??

Below you will find 2 sections. One for COUNTER TOPS and one for CABINETS. Please read this carefully. There may be some things that we may need from you and something you can do to help us during the Installation process.

Children and Pets are our first concern when safety is an issue. We prefer that they be at a friends house during the installation. Our Insurance Company also appreciates your cooperation.

COUNTER TOPS:

  • Under Mount Sinks - If you are supplying an under mount sink please inform the sales person. Arrangements need to be made to have the sink delivered to our facility prior to fabrication.
  • Cut-outs - If you are supplying your own sink or if you have a Cook top (Surface Unit) that needs to be cut out of the counter top, Please try to have these items on the job. Our installers prefer to have the unit on the job so that they can make sure they fit properly. Many models of appliances are not in stock at most dealers so please order your appliances early they also tend to arrive late.
  • Faucets - If you are having one of our sinks installed Please try to have your faucet on the job. This needs to be drilled out on site. Placement of the drillings need to be selected and communicated to your sales representative. Many models of fixtures are not in stock at most dealers so please order your faucets early they also tend to arrive late.
  • Field Seams - Corian is heavy. Very often there is a need for a top to be made in more than one piece. Assembling them on site is what we call a field seam. When making a field seam there is a need to sand the seam. So there will be dust. If you don't wish to have the dust all over your home it may be a good idea to hang some drop cloths.
  • Remodels - Please remove all items in your lower cabinets. If you are having a full backsplash installed or we are removing the old backsplash please remove all items from your upper wall cabinets.

CABINETS:

  • Cut-outs - If you are supplying your own sink or if you have a Cook top (Surface Unit) that needs to be cut out of the counter top, Please try to have these items on the job. Our installers prefer to have the unit on the job so that they can make sure they fit properly.
  • Hardware - If you are supplying your own handles or knobs and if you are having different handles/knobs in your bath, laundry, bar, ect..  Please have these labeled and on the job.
  • Floors - If your floor is not installed yet please let our installers know what type of floor you are planning to go with. If your floor is already installed it may be a good idea to cover it with something to avoid any kind of damage from any of the subcontractors.
  • More to come
